Zambie’s

$1.00

Zambie’s is very similar to Pie.Zaa in terms of the style of pizza they serve. The main difference is the ambiance. Zambie’s has somewhat of a small European-style pizza shop vibe and is located in the quirky NoDa neighborhood. Zambie’s serves GIANT slices to the masses. It’s best for late-night clubbers in NoDa who just want to get something quick and tasty and filling to replenish their empty bellies. (They stay open till 3am on the weekends.) Their pizza is not exactly gourmet, but it does the job for sure! They generally serve four or five different flavors of pizza with interesting names. And additionally, they feature a “rotating special”, which at the time of this writing is “The Great Misteak”. According to their website, their goal was to “mix a comfortable aesthetic, with affordable, quick bites, bringing a bit of… Northeastern pizza love down south.” Well, welcome to the South, Zambie’s. To adapt an Italian-based phrase, “when in NoDa… do what NoDans do”, and get you a satisfying slice of Zambie’s while you’re enjoying this awesome neighborhood.
