Pho at NoDa
This could easily become your favorite “Vietnamese noodle house” in town. It’s located in Villa Heights which of course is becoming more of a food destination – especially in the Asian genre – due to the close proximity of the giant location of Seoul Food Meat Co. as well as the Urban District Market food hall nearby, which are both chock-full of Asian food options. As far as Pho at NoDa, their menu is somewhat traditional with the various versions of pho including different meat options. A vegetarian option is also available. You can order several different add-ons as you wish. Additionally, they have quite a few starter items and crispy bahn mi sandwiches. My favorite dish was one of the items “from the wok”: I ordered an incredibly flavorful glass noodle entrée with broccoli, peppers, and seafood. You can find numerous options that satisfy here. As they say on their website about their own pho: “Its irresistible taste makes it utterly addictive, with each spoonful leaving you craving more!” Truth.
