It was an amazing night at the inaugural event for the new meetup group I created: Monarch’s List Social Dinner Club. And Giovanna Italian was the perfect host restaurant. The food was top-notch. They first provided us a scrumptious platter of bruschetta and a charcuterie platter. They offered us a special menu of beautifully crafted Italian favorites, with a salad before, and a choice of desserts after. They even provided us with a private glass-enclosed room to host the event. This gave us the opportunity to socialize amongst ourselves and get to know each other while noshing on delicious Italian cuisine. It was a perfect evening and I’m glad I chose this place for my first event. If you want a delectable meal of well-made Italian fare, this is the spot to visit in LoSo, Charlotte!
